Fatcheese customer service?

Hi, I am waiting for cashback on purchases from last July from Fatcheese and also querying a couple of rejected claims. I have raised a couple of 'tickets' but no reply. The onscreen help has not been available for weeks and there is no contact number. How can I get in touch with them /is anyone there???

In my humble opinion, and from experience, you are unlikely to get a reply - I've sent umpteen e-mails and tickets and never had a reply. I now use other sites for all my cashback needs.

It's such a pain 'cause I am expecting over £100 cashback - I only started using it after seeing the site mentioned on this website! Has anyone out there had any cashback in the last month?

Hi,
I've received a payment recently ...

I requested a withdrawal on 31st Dec ... and have just checked my online bank statement and the payment went in on 3rd Jan ..

Hope you don't have to wait too long for yours ..

Hi again ...

On the statement page does it say that it's " available to withdraw " or is it still at the " pending " stage ?

Sometimes they seem to take forever to become "payable " .... I use alot of other cashback sites ...On Quidco for example i have been waiting 5 months for several transactions to become payable ..

Thanks for your replies, its good to know they have paid out recently! Just to clarify: I am waiting for pending claims, some going back to July 2011. A couple showed as rejected but there seems to be no way of getting/chasing a response when I query these. All very fustrating!

My experience is the same .Certainly wouldn't use them now as I'm still waiting for cashback/reply from last June.I'll stick with Topcashback who always seem to be on the ball regarding paying and keeping you updated.
