Not phoned them up to check? If i was waiting for something and it never came i would phone before posting here. For all you know some duff postman intercepted that and pin and spent it now u owe £60 a month for it *_*0 -
i applied for a rise card over 1 week ago with a cash advance which was told would be in the next wroking day. this didnt happen and ive phoned every day since to find out whats happening, keep being told they have to call me back which never happens. the customer service is one of the worst ive experianced. still waiting for a call 8 days later!!!0
