Am i entitled to have my money back

I bocked city link through parcelmonkey to have a parcel picked up on moday but city link didn't turn up, so i contacted parcelmonkey to find out what had happened and was i able to cancel the delivery as i was unable to stay in all day due to working, I then get a reply to a link so i can fill out a form to get a refund but i didn't get a answer to why city link didn't turn up, so i filled out the form hoping it would all be sorted. Now yesterday city link turned up while i was in work and now i have had a email from parcelmonkey saying i missed a delivery and need to book again. So i emailed parcelmonkey again to see whats going on and they won't reply to me. So should i be able to have my money back and if so how would i go about getting it back when i paid on my debit card.

You emailed them yesterday and 'they won't reply to me'?

I think you would need to give them a bit more time to respond to you to be honest...

9. Cancellation

9.1.
The Customer will be required under this Agreement to pay half the cost of the service fee calculated at the checkout.

I suppose the service would be deemed to have started around the point the parcel label is sent to you so you no longer have DSR cancellation rights.
