Query about Greasypalm??

Just checked my greasypalm account as I assumed I would be up to the £25 mark again and due for a cheque but the last two transactions have been reversed??

One was with comet for a new fridge/freezer we bought and the other was firebox. Nearly a total of £5 cashback????????? Whats going on??

go back into the site and raise a ticket it for it, give them the refrence number and they can chase it up for you and recredit your account. x good luck

I am awaiting query on HMV that was reversed grrrrr

you will get a standard reply however stating they will investigate and that it may take up to 60days for them to manually add the cashback

I had a transaction reversed for no reason, but I don't think I was able to raise a ticket when it had already been paid. I emailed them and was told that there was a problem and a lot of payments had been reversed. I had the money refunded. I have had some other similar problems with GP and was wondering are they beginning to falter.

i was expecting a cheque for £62.90 this week as i took out barclays home insurance with them,a few weeks ago they reversed it so i assumed that maybe my payment from dd had not gone through,checked my statement today and they have taken out 3 payments since december so no problems form my part.I think its a bit fishy cashback going missing a few days before a cheque is supposed to be issued, i still have about £75ish to be recieved in march but if that goes missing then its greasypalm who are messing about.
