Can you claim PPI charges back if you have already made a claim on PPI

Sorry if this has already been asked before, but there are so many threads on here!!!!

I know it may seem greedy, but is it possible to put a claim in for mis-sold PPI if you have made a claim due to redundancy and have since cancelled the PPI on an exisiting loan??

It may be greedy. It may even be fraudulent if you are telling lies. However, it is possible.

It successful in your complaint (assuming you mean complaint and not claim) the amount paid out in the claim would be deducted from the redress payment and if you have been paid out more under the claim than you have paid in premium then you wont get a penny.

Obviously, your reasons for complaint are going to be narrower. You cant say you didnt know you had it or that you didnt need it as the claim shows you did.
