I ordered some things off the la senza website. Now they have gone into administration. I assumed because they had already debited my account that I would still receive goods. I have been tracking my parcel via their delivery system Yodel. It came out for delivery yesterday but never arrived. I phoned the delivery service and they said they were returning to sender as there was a problem with the sender’s accounts. All the website says is that pre packaged items should still be delivered. There is no longer a phone line as you just get through to a message saying the company is now in administration. Where do I stand in terms of getting a refund if I don’t get my goods.

You can either contact the administrator or contact your bank, there is a letter you can use on the site,

It might be worth checking out the many many threads about Yodel as they are causing all sorts of problems and someone posted just today about a La Senza order that failed to arrive due to Yodel..
