Barclays Reserve

Hi everyone. With pay day loans being hammered for excessive fees, could you all look at Barclays Reserve. I can borrow £150 for 5 days and it costs me £22 each time. On my personal account
Can someone tell me the interest rate on this and your views compared to payday loans?

I use it a lot (stupid i know) as i am on a very low income.
God knows what charges i have incurred over the years.

Barclays say it should be short term and not used on a regular basis.

Should the bank identify that i have used this alot and incurred a lot of fees and possibly removed it from my account to avoid further excessive charges?

Could i write to the bank to establish how much i have paid in fees for this servie? then could i ask them to refund these?
