Hi
I am wanting to put a conservatory on the back of my house & on a small part of my front garden a driveway (already has a driveway for 1 car) & garage at back.
My question is do I have to apply twice or can I put both on same planning application?
Also, as the house is 4 yrs old, I apparently have to apply to the house builder as well as the council, what are the consequences if I dont apply to the builder & they eventually find out? (they still own a number of houses on the development that they rent)
Thanks Look forward to your replies.

If you do not apply to the builder you may be taken to court...0

Would they let me pay once they find out? or straight to court?0

i wouldn't think the builder would object with what your doing
builders usually have these covenants in place to protect the visual appearance of the development etc
yes you can put both on same planning application0
