    Someone has to remind the authors of adverts like this that even in today's climate, recruitment is a two way process. The person looking for a job has still got a choice as to which advert they respond to.
    Unless it's one picked by Jobcentre for a Jobseeker to apply for or get a sanction if they don't.

    Maybe that was who it was aimed at. Maybe it was a deliberate ploy to get a government grant for taking people off the dole. They certainly mentioned "intern" and "apprentice" which suggests that they certainly want not to pay too much when all is said and done.
