Just curious to the best months to put my Flat on the Market if it ends up worth selling.
I am thinking spring, maybe April?

Houses sell all year round! I've only found empty houses harder to sell over winter because the cold makes makes the house uninviting.
If you want the Spring market, I'd be ready for mid March as there are apparantly a lot of people out looking over Easter. But then again, there are a lot of people putting their houses on at that time too, so more competition.
Swings and Roundabouts. Do it when you're ready.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Some House Price Indexes are "faked". More politely they are said to be seasonally adjusted. This means that the change in house prices may be overstated in the winter months and understated during the summer months.
I think this must be an attempt to improve the market in the winter months...0 -
Spring is usually the favoured time, but because of a lack of decent properties on the market right now in some area's , this could be the right time. Houses & flats are being snapped up within a couple of weeks where I live because there is just so little on the market & buyer's don't want to miss out when they find a house they really like.
Come spring the market will pick up & there will be more choice for buyers & perhaps a little more competition between similar properties being marketed. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0
