Amazon Warehouse Warranty

Options
Hi
I've seen a "used - like new" (repackaged) TV on the Amazon Warehouse website. It states that it has a two year warranty C R R. Can anyone tell me what this means as I've tried to google a C R R warranty and haven't had any luck!
Thanks

Well can't say for certain but in their returns info it says this

"Please note that, due to the nature of Warehouse Deals' items, we cannot replace your item, nor can you return items for defects which were disclosed in the description of the item in Warehouse Deals' Marketplace listing"

so CRR will probably be something like Consumer Repair & Replace rather than return to manufacturer.
  • Thank you for your reply.
It just says repackaged, doesn't mention anything about scratches etc so hoping it should look OK.
So does the CRR warranty mean that if the TV breaksdown withing the next two years, Amazon will arrange for it to be either replaced or repaired rather than returning to the manufacturer?

Warranty is 90 days with Amazon Warehouse as goods are 2nd hand, you may be reading the text from a brand new one

"In addition to the above returns rights, if an electronics item is defective (other than as disclosed in the description of the item in Warehouse Deals' Marketplace listing), you may return it to us within 90 days for a full refund of the purchase price (including postage and packing) and your return postage."
  • Thanks for the reply, the 2 yr CRR warranty is in the description of the TV, so I'm a little confused. I did email Amazon to query this, but no reply.
Still not sure what to do..........mixed reviews about their warehouse deals.
