You wont be tied to them in any way, you don't owe them anything. I dumped Baines & Ernst in favour CCCS some years ago when i started an IVA. They just sent back all my documents in a very torn & tatty brown envelope.0

If you look on their web site, you'll see that they (B&E) state you can leave them at any time without penalty. Like the last poster, I received all my documents plus 2 others of the same name, both from Scotland in an envelope.jt2k6 wrote:But am I not bound by a contract?

ThanksDonedoingdebt Lightbulb moment January 2000. Debt at highest approx £102,000. Debt now (October 2009 - absolutely fork all!!!):beer:
