What scores did you get?
I think there is a very good chance of you getting a job. When my partner went to the interview the panel told her that if you get onto the reserve list, your most likely going to be placed in a position within 6 months as a lot of people drop out / already have new jobs.
I don't really want to put my scores on here as they're nowhere near as good as other people's that have mentioned them and I don't want to shake up a hornet's nest. It was less than 30 though and more than 20...I'm pleased to have got on the reserve list as I truly want to work for the Job Centre (crazy I know but this has actually been something I've wanted to do since leaving Uni and working in other government departments!) but it's made me feel really sick with worry as I don't know if that effectively means that I'm out of the process now.0 -

I've been placed on the reserve list for East Scotland. Can anyone tell me what this actually means as I've obviously not got the job but don't know whether it's likely that I will get one or not. Any guidance gratefully received.
Thanks
Mind me asking what was your score in interview?pm me pls, Thinking east ,south east did have overall low scores.0 -
Fair enough matt1987 if you dont want to talk about the other govt deptt you applied for. Hope your partner hears something soon. Let me know please. I am hoping B&S have overall low scores.0

I sure will!
Judging by posters on here from the Birmingham Solihull area, the scores seemed fairly low in comparison to other areas.
Not sure if you can take anything from that though!

Sorry but this is wide of the mark. I don't want to dash people's hopes but I know that in MY district ANYONE who scored at least 5 x 4s was put on the waiting list but was then advised that the waiting list is TWICE the length of the successful candidate list. There will be people who reject their offers and some people on the waiting list will be offered a post but it is not as likely as you're partner has been misled.0 -

Well, like I said, this is what she was told at the interview by the panel.
Maybe it will differ district to district?0
