i want to obtain my bank statements for the last six years to check some irregularities on my account, i don't however want to pay for every individual months statement.
i once used a data protection act subject access request template off this site to obtain them when i was pursuing a bank charge reclaim.
does anyone know the template i'm talking about?, and better still have a link to it as i cant find it anywhere.

Hi, you could register for online banking & you often get quite a few years of transactions on there.
Otherwise you need to follow the links on this site, go to 'reclaim £1,000's' on the top left of main home page, then go half way down to the right & click on 'credit card charges'.
Scroll down to step 1 & click the link 'Letter Template: data protection request'.
I would post the direct link but this site won't let me cause it says im a new user, despite me registering 2 years ago! I think its cause I been away working & not been posting, cheers.
You will have to send £10 also.
