I recently experienced some pretty poor service in a Staples store.
I emailed the company to express my dissatisfaction.
They promptly and politely responded and this was followed up with a phone call from the regional manager and a letter from the store manager.
I was made to feel like a proper customer again, unlike the treatment I had received by the shop staff.
The problem was resolved and a sincere apology given.
I will continue to shop there and see if the staff act in the same professional manner as the managers.
