i have a son with my x i stay with a freind. now my and ex never got on as a couple thats why she my ex.
we get on fine as long as we have are own lifes now i work i earn about 15k a year she on full benfits.
my son has some arthric problem with his legs he is 4 years old he crys him self to sleep most night and some night he wont settel unless "he can go to sleep with daddy" so some times i stay with him in his bed as he wakes up about 5 6 times a night cying.
Someone has now seen my car outside quite alot and said i am living there.
A bloke from benfits came round and said she might be getting done for fraud.
What can we do as for bills and stuff i buy sky tv for my son as ex cant afford that, he loves disney channel.and i pay her so much a month to help with his food and clothes and things but i dont live there so do i have an options plz help.
I stay at a mates house as on poor wage cant afford my own place

Where is your car registered to? What address do the insurers have? What address do your employers have for you? etc etc

no its just sky i keep a change of clothes because if i stay on a friday i dont wanna walk around in my work gear car is resisted at my mum as for sahving stuff and toilets they all at my friend house

where are you on the electoral roll? did your friend previously live alone and did he claim single person reduction for council tax? who did he notify when you moved in?
As the benefits system is far more generous to single parents than couples there are people that pretend to be apart to take advantage of this. You need to gather all the evidence of where you say you are living to prove this
