It's a bit unusual unless these are ancient debts. But not a problem for the DRO. Is this Experian?

Hi. Yes-it's Experian, I used the form CCCS sent me.. The two debts that aren't on there are still active, ones a credit card that up until December I was still using.. As long as it's not a problem I'll just send it off! lol!

Hi all, Just a quick update...
I have this morning received a text from my payday loan provider pounds till payday, saying my account will be referred for debt recovery at 6pm on Tuesday 31st May.. (I think they meant January!), and that my personal and work details are being verified (they can try with the work details, but I'm unemployed..!) What do I do? Just sit tight and ignore it or contact them? I've sent all my paperwork to cccs and am waiting to hear back from them..
Getting quite concerned as I don't want an agent coming to my house (it's not MY house-it's my parents..)

Sounds like complete nonsense to me. Don't phone them.

Hi, I've received a letter from CCCS today advising me there will be a two week wait before my application is processed as they are very busy.. They also mention making a token payment to my creditors...I could afford to send them all about £10 each...would I need to contact them before making the payment to explain why I'm doing it?
Had really hoped it would be quicker than that...! Argh! Still....at least I've got the ball rolling..!

I'm still waiting to hear from CCCS regarding payment for my DRO fee...two weeks now.. And have this morning received a letter from my personal loan company (the AA) saying I must pay £420 before 18th February or I will have to repay the full outstanding balance.. and another from ptp saying I have been referred to an external recovery agency who operate door to door collections-And now I'm starting to panic! What do I do?

Don't panic!

Empty threats from the pair of them. You will have a DRO in the next few weeks so you have nothing to fear from these people.

Thanks FatBelly! Was really winding myself up over it-only have £96 to my name atm and 90 of that is for the fee!! I'll put the letters away and forget them for now :-) fingers crossed I won't have to worry too much longer!

I have just missed a call from 'Albion on behalf of HBOS'..I've googles them and apparently they ARE HBOS..so that must be my AA loan.. Should I call them back?
I contacted CCCS and they couldn't give me any idea of when my application would be ready to move to the next step... I'm getting a bit concerned now, as they said it would be two weeks..it's now been three.. Anyone recently done a DRO through CCCS with any idea of how long it took?
I know I'm going to start getting letters through at my address (my parents house) and I'm going to have to start explaining it all to them...and when they hear of DCAs they will get really angry...
Do I sit tight?

Hi all-just a quick update!

As of 22February I am now 'on' a DRO!

I want to thank all of you for your help and advice :-)
