If you google Galaxy tonneau cover

This is the first sponsored link
The first 3 non-sponsored links are for the same product, but are expired ads, or require some "clicking through" but the ebay link is the 4th one down.
The Ford link above, is the first link on google that begins https://www.fordxxxxx.
So wasn't rocket science to find it.
Onto the original point the OP made, if the brochure, and current website says that they include it, I would want it.
Unless of course the OP has totally misunderstood what Ford were giving him, and is looking for a fabric or leather cover for his passenger seat to stop it getting wet in the rain, when he drives along with the windows open......Unless it is damaged or discontinued - ignore any discount of over 25%0 -
........... has not been standard equipment since early 2010................
I am assuming you bought a brand new galaxy. I ordered mine in Dec 2010. The brochure said the cover was an extra. When i collected my car in March 2011 i was suprised to see the cover inside the car. Looking at the new brochure it stated it is now standard.Problem with having access to internet is that i get asked by many to solve their problemsWell at least i learn something on the way

For me a Galaxy has a roof to cover these areas, so by the above definition a Galaxy does come with a tonneau cover as standard, in the form of a roof. Unless you are telling us you have a Galaxy convertible?0 -
I don't believe a tonneau has ever been standard equipment.
I bought my GHIA model new in early 2007 and had to pay extra for it.
Look at the spec sheet for your car on ETIS. You will be able to see what was included at the build in Genk.0 -
Is the OP Veruca Salt's dad? Sometimes the amount of energy people spend on complaining just isn't worth it, a tonneau cover, hmmmm.
Don't get a cover, get a life. Or get some life cover, you are heading for a heart attack mate.
All the best.

Its a fair point but the OP has paid for something he was led to believe was included. Would you not complain if you bought a car with alloys as standard and they gave you steel wheels? Or a tv with no remote, or steak and chips with no steak??
If you want to be walked over thats fine by you but the OP is well within his rights to ask for what he has bought and paid for if it was indeed sold to him.Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0 -
I'd be unhappy if I was the OP. By not having the "Tonneau Cover" (quoted directly from the Ford Website) the OP will be unable to leave stuff in his boot out of sight. I'd consider that quite important and it would certainly be a deal breaker for me. And I suspect they're not that cheap to replace.
. . . and yes Ford do call it a "Tonneau Cover" and yes it is listed on their website as Standard Equipment for all specifications of the Ford Galaxy Range.0 -

So you think it ok for someone to sell you something with a bit missing do you?0
