every time the direct debit bounces, which it does whenever it goes into overdraft, we get charged £25 from HSBC and £25 + £15 from the letting agency (£25 for bounced payment, £15 for a letter requesting a payment)
can i reclaim any of those? surely we can't get charged £65 every time we miss the debit?? supposably its in our letting agency contract to get charged that much by them.. why did they make us sign up to this stupid thing
