Egg customer services

Hello,

Can anybody help me? I have been sending Egg emails to the cro email address but I have had no acknowledgment or receipt to say they have had my emails. Am i sending it to the correct address? If there is another customer service email address could I have it please. Also, does anybody know the ceo email address for Egg. I had one a while back with the citi.com extention. I feel this may be wrong now so if anyone knows the up to date one could you send it to me.

    I posted a thread a couple of days ago about egg PPI.
    If you have your log in details post a message using their secure message function.
    I got a fast response to this and my complaint has now been forwarded to the correct department.
    Hope this helps a bit

    Thanks for the reply Ned, this loan account was closed a while ago and the log in details do not exist. So I have tried the [EMAIL="cro.support@egg.com"]cro.support@egg.com[/EMAIL] address that they have on their letters but they havent got back to me and it has been over 10 days now. I did have an old ceo address but not sure whether that is valid now hence the request.

    Thanks anyway, hope anybody else viewing can help further.

    Hi andy
    My account was also paid off and closed a while ago but apparently your log in details still work.
    I rang egg customer services and went through security and they reset my password and once done it then let me send the secure message for it to be passed on.
