If you have a valid complaint.how likely is the pay out on this ??
Very likely if you have a valid complaint. Unlikely if you dont.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. Not knowing or forgot?
This payment has been going out of your current account since you started the mortgage. How would you explain the fact you didnt know you had it? (a question a complaints handler my ask you to see how likely what you are saying is true)
Some of the banks are rolling over easy. If it was say Halifax, it wouldnt matter as they are auto upholding everything. However, there is no indication that HSBC are rolling over easy and it appears they are looking at each case on its own merits. So an unprovable allegation is not likely to get very far. Especially on MPPI (which has far lower complaint stats than credit card and loan PPI for often mentioned reasons).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
