If they are faulty you should receive a refund on item although unsure about this now as company is in administration!0

Once a company is in administration they can no longer any refunds, it has to be exchanges only.0 -
Thanks for replies, they agreed to give me a refund, but when they checked the receipt they had ordered the slippers in from the website because none in stock that day. So would only give a refund, not much left in my store so grabbed some cute slippers for prezzies
