La Senza help?

Anyone know anything going on with La Senza just now?
I had a delivery due today and checked the online tracking for it which told me consignee could not be reached, even though someone has been home all day. Phoned delivery company and they told me La Senza has cancelled all orders and to contact them.
La Senza's website is down now, anyone have a phone number I can try?

They're in administration now, and it looks to me like they're closing down fully.
You'll have to ask your card payment provider to recall the payment - I doubt La Senza are going to be refunding or giving you the item.0 -
Thanks, have phones up my bank, since I paid with Visa Debit I'm covered. So they are sending me out a form to claim my money back!0

I bought some PJ's from them for my missus and have been trying to arrange to send them back for a refund. I also paid by Visa Debit. Is there any protection?0

I don't think so because you have actually recieved your them. I'm only able to claim because I've never recieved my items.0 -
Makes sense I suppose, cheers. I suppose I'll have to wear them myself0

Or if you get in quick, you can take them back to a shop - not a concession though. You must take your invoice (which should have been emailed to you) I did this last week, and was expecting all sorts of problems, but it was a breeze -had more trouble at M&S later the same day!!
Good luck0 -
If you're thinking of going to a shop I'd go quick....ours shut a few days ago...:(0

Any orders placed BEFORE 9th Jan should have already have been fulfilled, if you placed an order after then they are not and they are saying they have not taken the money.0 -
