i think BG have had SAP at least 7 years, but it could still be a user error - worth checking!I am an employee of British Gas but all views i write are personal and not a reflection of my employer.0

BG aint had sap for 7 years, they only just migrate in the last 1 1/5 years and some isnt even on it yetDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

British Gas had SAP in 2005. EDF are currently migrating to SAP.

1. Stop calling them; either email or write as it is of the utmost importance you start to produce evidence.
2. File an official complaint.
In all likelihood, their response will be nonsense, but it will give you a basis to pass it on to the ombudsman. BG have a long history of messing up account details, of which the ombudsman staff are aware.0
