Redundacy Advise Please

I wonder if you could give me some advise. I have been working for an employer for nearly 11 years - my hours have changed over the years but for 4 of those years I was full time.
The latter part of my employment was only part time as I am home for 3 every day for the kids coming in from school. I was given notice of redundancy last week.
From reading both here and elsewhere on the web, the question of whether I should be getting redundancy for 4 years on a full time basis and the remaining 6 years on a part time basis.
Does this make sense? Would I be better off speaking to ACAS to see where I stand?
Also, I was only given 30 days notice, is the minimum still a week for each year of completed service, in which case I should have been given 10 weeks notice or at least be paid in lieu of this in my redundancy payment?
Apologies for all the questions, am a bit confused by all of this.
Many thanks in advance :T

Your redundancy pay is calculated on the wage that you earn at the time of redundancy - not on previous years earnings.
Provided there has been no break in employment over those 10 years then you are correct that notice should be 10 weeks.0
