    Low mileage for a 6 year old diesel.

    My wife hasn't driven a manual since she passed her test 10 years ago so an auto is preferable

    55000 miles for a car that is just over 5 years old is not low, more like average mileage. Price seems reasonable enough.

    Average for a petrol shopping car.
    I'm looking, most diesels tend to be on 15k a year, but I suppose it could be the fact they're becoming more popular around town.
