The fiesta is a bit more basic in general so could need a proper retrofit kit, would be a couple of hundred pounds then fitting (possibly in the same region).

Which is still a lot cheaper than buying a new car!
  • If your car isn't big enough and you need a larger car, you need a larger car. Buy what suits your needs.

Yes change it now, You want something that drains your wallet of an extra £400+ each month.

I bought a new car once, Learnt my lesson, Paid £7000 and sold for £650.

Now i only spend around £2000, Which i keep for about 5 years and sell for approx half what i paid.

Definately, was just pointing out it can be a bit more complicated than replacing the stalk - I'm not actually sure you'll be able to retrofit cruise to any fiesta of that age but I have no real grounds for suggesting this!

In any case unless you're doing hundreds of miles cruise gets boring, you constantly have to adjust it or cancel then reset anyway
  • Cruise is more of a want than a need alas i know it would benefit

Headed Windcreen and Electric mirrors would be more of a use to me

I have thought about getting these retrofitted but not done any research.

If i dont change now, id probably change vehicles again in 2 years time anyway

What do you really need electric mirrors for? Once they're set they're set. I can't honestly remember the last time I adjusted my mirrors, I use my electric folding mirrors quite alot but I certainly wouldn't miss them - The heated windscreen in fords is great, but again it's only useful a few months of the year and the fact you can see the lines on a sunny day annoys some people.

Handy electric mirrors when people of varying heights drive the same car regularly.
Don't grow up. Its a trap!

    Peace, love and labradors!
