Smooth Radio On Air Comp

Hi guys
I've not won (yet!) but just entered this £1000 on air Smooth radio competition posted by Lakshmi7 (Thanks Lakshmi7!) and 5 mins later got a ring back inviting me on air this week. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3720685
I've never done an on air comp before so I'm a bit nervous. Also, I've never heard this one on Smooth radio before so does anyone know how hard the questions are - is it general knowledge or current affairs questions?
Also they said that 2 answers will be given away on air - one around 5:30pm today and one just before 7am tomorrow. I'll do my best to listen out but if any fellow MSErs listen anyway a PM would be great!
Any help gratefully recieved. Wish me luck! :beer:

it's scary (sorry!) i was so nervous i just got 3 right! i knew some answers but nerves got me i jst hope you can hold strong best of luck to you :-) I got things like name of the comic denis the menace came from, who voiced woody in toy story, ermm can only remember those! but it really varies :-) depsite the nerves ive entered again (as it was 3 months ago) i just hope they pick me again!0

I've been on it too, it is quite scary! I was nervous and I thought the questions were really hard. I got to question 8 but only got 3 right. The qusetions are general knowledge but mine were mostly questions that my great gran would have known. Good luck heres hoping you get them all right
