Giffgaff - Don't Bother!
Options
I have had a Giffgaff sim for 3 months and it has worked ok (as it should) then before Christmas the sim was barred for no apparent reason, which is quite inconvenient, but unfortunately their customer service is non-existent, so I am unable to get hold of anyone to 're-activate' my sim! Tried emailing and just get the 'you will have a response within 24 hours' and nothing happens.
I have now had to go back to Vodafone, which, to be fair, have always provided a good service, I'm only dissapointed as I still have £15 on the Giffgaff sim that I will need to write off!
So in summary, if you want to make cheap calls but are prepared to be dissapointed at some stage, get a Giffgaff sim. If you want peace of mind, don't!

And you're happy to leave it at that wth a loss? For goodness sake, use the FORUM, and you'll get a response. Inbound emails may have been trapped as spam.0

They were under a massive backlog around the Xmas period as I recall, no chance of anything happening within 24 hours then. Which was of course, not good.0

I hope you never have the need to contact their agents then! You have been warned!0 -
I've been on GG for a few months now & had no problems. I think the OP has just been unlucky, you're bound to have a few unhappy customers out of thousands of happy ones.0

Inbound emails are a web form on their site, you'd hope they don't spam filter that..
Anything about setup or general help the forums are fine, anything that needs someone to fix requires an agent, and I'd had a similar experience of no replys from an agent at all.0
