Advice me on my Car Hp

Hi All

i am writting to ask for advice from you all on what i can do with regards to
my Car finance the i took out with Welcome Finance.
i bought my car in june 2006 and i pay £212.13 per month for 36months.
i have paid up to date but misse 2 payments.
The problem is that since i got the car things, stated to go wrong and i
have already replaced the steering for about £1200 last year, bad oil links, which cost about £500 now just last month i had to replace the battery and only last week i had to replaced the alternator .
Now the garage have told me that the water pump is faulty and would need replacing in the couple of weeks .
I am sick of spending money on the car because its those things that makes
makes me miss those payments.
My main problem is that i didn't actually get the car from Wellcome cars but from a different garage but they only provided the finance for the car.
What are my options as i want to give the car back or use it for a part exchange for a new car.
Please advice me as i can't even use the car now its that bad.

Isaac

  • I'm in no way an expert but I would imagine you need to go back to the garage and sort it with them. I doubt Welcome are going to be interested in helping you as they will simply be looking for their money back!

Did you obtain any warranty with your car? Was it a cash purchase with the money from your loan?

    Thank for your help
i had being to the garage but he says because its on finance he can not do me a partexchange.
i was also specking to Wellcome finance but theydon't seems to even what t help in anyway.
i proposed to take it into one of their showroom to make a part exchange so that they can add the values of the new car to the balance of my account and increase the lenght from my remaining on my finance so that i still pay roughly the same amount they say no.
They said that i have to continue to pay them their £212 per month and that even if they come to collect the car from me i still have to pay that same amount.
  • Is the loan secured on the car?
