1 week holiday abroad on budget for couple advice please

Even given the figures you quote you have spent £295 before factoring in baggage and transfers. Assuming they are free or not required could you and your partner really go abroad and spend "much much less" than £105 on food and drink for a full week?

For a week in Canary islands you don't need any baggage.. summer clothes fit perfectly on the hand lugagge! There's an excellent bus service, bus tickets around 2€, so not too much spent on transfers either...

£105 is more than enough to buy excellent food in the supermarket, obviously going out is more expensive but this is a budget holiday after all!!! they can spend as much as they want...

All inclusive would be more expensive but not by much (not sure as I would never consider go all inclusive, can't see the point!)
