Kurt Geiger complaint

Does anyone have MD details or anything for Kurt Geiger as Im getting no where with their customer service department.

They have not issued me the correct refund after returning some shoes and have refunded part of it onto a gift card which was binned after it was used.

I have sent three emails and spoken to someone on the phone and have explained it and they keep bypassing my questions.

Did you throw the gift card away which had the refund on ? Your post doesnt have enough info on or do you just want contact details for Kurt Geiger ? You seem to have email addresses and phone numbers already, i think you'll need to follow their complaints procedure.

I was after an email address for someone higher than their customer service department.

I ordered from them - quite a big order. Part of the order was returned. I paid for items partially with Kurt Gieger gift card I got as a present and partially on bank card. They have refunded a random amount (doesnt add up to prices paid) and split this between the card and gift card. I do not have the gift card. It was binned after I'd used it.

Was the giftcard to do with the ELLE giftcard promotion, where you got £20 free?

If so, quite a lot of people have had trouble with this.

http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk and company number 00968046 will give you the details of their registered office and if you buy a copy of the full annual return for £1 it will give you the names of all the directors (and their remuneration if your interested)

Nope, it was a gift voucher from the store.
