Where to write to for ATOS report

Hello

I am unable to use a telephone,i have recently received a letter from Jobcentreplus saying my benefit is changing to ESA

Do i write to the address on this letter to ask for a copy of the ATOS medical report?

you write to the benefit delivary centre there addresss is on any award letter or correspondense about your ESA

Keep copies of your request, and keep the medical report (even after its supersceded by another dont get rid of it).

I don't know what a benefit delivery centre is,i've never heard of it.

I'm assuming you're agreeing it's the address on the jobcentreplus letter i received.

It should be yes... the address on DWP ESA letters to you. They may refer to it in name as Newcastle BDC or the like. Probably writing and stating you wish to have a copy of the ATOS medical report resulting from medical by Doctor X on date Y should be sufficient... include NI.No for their reference purposes.
