ITRA -any experience

I am considering registering a complaint re our Seasons Holidays membership with ITRA who appear to be a regulatory body.
Does anybody have any experience of them? They claim to be close to getting compensation for member of RCI, but I don't know how credible they are.

Avoid them like the plague. I paid a £1000 deposit (against a suggested figure of £4900) to get me out of my RCI Points holding. The contract says that if I am not extracted within 60 days I can get my money back. 60 days went by and I asked for the refund - nothing. They have ignored letters and email from both myself and my solicitor and I see that a summons has been issued by magistrates in Malaga for the same problem - but cannot be served because no-one appear to know where the principals are living.

Not sure how legit the second company are themselves (only scanned the page quickly). But even so, some info there about ITRA.
