Lovefilm overcharged me and took my services away!

Hi all,
I've just been reading all your posts about Lovefilm and although I got my £15 voucher for boots, I didn't realise I needed to return all my DVD's before it was actually cancelled so changed my package to the lower one for the second month.
I checked my account a few days ago and they've taken out the £15.99 top package amount and then dealt with my request and moved me on the £8.99 the next day!
I tried calling the CS team to rectify the problem thinking it'd sorted instantly but was suprised by the attitude I received... Apparently you need to change your package atleast 24hours before (Me changing it on 16th and billing date being 17th, then the money not actually going onto their system until 22nd!).
I was annoyed that I didn't actually know that but to take my money off me and then downgrade it is surely awful practice? (Seems that's the company's down to a T!)
The lady I spoke to made a mistake at first giving wrong dates and when I suggest she was wrong... she said "Do you have any other questions sir" :rolleyes: I then asked if it's possible she could check if the computer was wrong and sure enough it was but no apology!
Sorry I could go on for ever but please do not use this company! My DVD's are on their way back and account cancelled. Doubt I'll get the week or so's money back either or anything else.

P.s. One thing that tickled me on how stupid this company is.... she said "You didn't call us to tell us, you just changed it on the website" .... Sorry am I missing something here? ..... dvd rental website = phone to do anything with your account? lmao!
