Share Buying/Selling Advice Please.

I have a couple of businesses at the moment and I would like to start another in share dealing. Where is the best place to start regarding advice, tips and low set up costs? I have the money to invest but just do not know where to start, I am however prepared to take a gamble.

Also

With this new company would it be a good idea if I set up a Holdings company for this purpose or am I overstretching my imagination a little?

Any advice/help will be greatly recieved.

Hold them personally, its much less bother from a dealing point of view and the taxation is simpler. That is unless you're investing 8 figures or more to invest in which case this is not the right place to ask. What would your motivation be to put them in a company anyway?

Try the motley fool website, there is loads of information on there.
