Radiators not working - any ideas??

We have an Ideal Logic combi 24 boiler in a house that we let. When the last tenant left we went to tidy up and cannot get the boiler to heat up the radiators. It is working for hot water but no heat at all to radiators. The valves are all open and the boiler does not show an error message. The boiler is about 18 months old. We can't ask the tenant if it worked for him as he has gone abroad. Any ideas? Do I need a gas repair person??

Yes, asap before the weather freezes. Have you got a cover?

Could just be an external control problem, in which case you could check it yourself

Ring your landlord and tell him you are cold and unhappy.

Let the landlord sort that out for you. Its what you pay him for.

OP said they let the house rather than rent it or rent it out. So I think OP is the Landlord.
