Charged for pc insurance by IP without knowledge

Last month I noticed that my IP had been charging me an extra £8pm. When I phoned them to ask what the extra charge was for, they told me it was for insurance on my pc and an anti virus protection. I never asked for or agreed to buy this as I do not need it. No documents, letters or emails were sent to me regarding the insurance. I didn't notice the extra charges for 4 months from first being charged, as I didn't expect it, but according to my IP, it was my responsibility to check my statements every month! They said that as I didn't cancel within the first month (because I never knew I was being charged) that I was only entitled to 2 months refund.
That was on November 7th 2011. I have just checked my bank account as I have unexpectedly gone overdrawn, and low and behold, they have charged me again without any refund! I am now subject to bank charges as I do not have money to cover the unauthorised overdraft.
Is there anything I can do?
