Hi i bought a blackberry bold 9870 phone from 3. to use on my felxi account less than a year ago. It has broke four times and been replaced with a so called new hwndset minus the back cover and battery each time . I am totaly fed up with this phone tgat keeps breaking. Do i have any rights as to getting anouther model. as 3 only want to replace the handset , please help if you can.

No, I don't think you do.
You are entitled to a whole new handset on the third repair, I believe, but anything above that would be dependant on three agreeing - you could offer to pay the difference between the phones worth now (IE what 3 charge for it on the website now, not what you paid for it, as it is a year old) and the model you want but they don't have to agree.0
