I can't find any details of the sign online tarrif anywhere on Npower's site. Please can someone explain how it works?
Also I've read some concerns that the prices go up eventually as it is just a short term offer to get people to switch to them. How long do the prices generally last for as I'd like to know what sort of timescale we are talking about? Will it just go up after a year or so or doesn't it even last that long?
thanks
Also i do realsie their are concersn about Npower's customer service, but if I can cope with NTL then I'm sure I'll be able to manage easily

Juat looked this up myself, looking like the cheapest for me but cant answer how long the tariff lasts, think it may only be for the first year?
However unit prices look like they are gas 3.821 over 4572 units 2.149
electricity 16.25 over 728 units 7.51, discounts of 63.00 a year for duel fuel and dd. HTHPawpurrs x0 -
I'm sure quite a few people here must be on one of these tariffs - please help.0

Thanks - do you just sign up online or is it online billing as well?
Also how long are the discounts good for?0 -
I'll have to pass on those questions as I don't use it myself.0

I realise Npower are dodgy - but I'll happily take advantage of their introductory prices and swwitch to a different company later.
Please can someone tell me how the tarriff works though? I can't find anything anywhere about it.
Do you get paper bills or is it just online sign up and a normal tarriff?
