Has anyone returned an acer laptop? A bit urgent!!

Hi folks.
I finally got acer to arrange for DHL to pick up my 6 month old (carp)travelmate tommorrow but my 5yo daughter managed to delete the e mail with all the info I need to inclde with the laptop.:eek:
DHL are coming at 9am. What do I need to inclde in the box? Do I need to put in the leads, warranty, what's wrong with it etc. And what is the address?
Help please.

we didnt send the leads back when we sent it back cos it kept crashing. if your only sending it back for repair just send the laptop
have you got the RMA number for the return?
go to https://www.acer.co.uk and try to contact them ASAP tommorrow morning
