    thanks Jen, I've already emailed them & had a reply but it wasn't any help & they weren't doing anything about it as they said there was no problem their end, they'd just made it easier for us to enter... what a joke. I've emailed them again asking them to look into it further & notifying them that I entered ok in Chrome but that the click to enter button doesn't show up in IE9 or FF

    No luck logging in for me since these issues began, not even in Chrome. I have added my voice to the many on their Facebook wall, but they seem oblivious to us all.

    Just had this reply after telling them of the problem!
    I am very sorry about your problems entering the competitions. The development team are aware of the problem and are working to find a resolution.

    In the meantime if you try refreshing your page when the error occurs that should solve the problem.

    Hopefully the issue will be resolved shortly. Thank you so much for your patience in bearing with us while we work to improve the new site quickly.

    I just got the same message, so looks like they are trying to do something now. Luckily I am able to enter in Chrome
