Hi
Can anyone help, I sent off a claim to Chartered Trust Plc re mis selling of PPI on DFS Sofas. I havent received a reply yet and cant seem to find any website for them, does anyone know are they still around or have they been taken over by someone else ?
Any help please ?

It is DFS you put the claim into,they sold you the loan.

Hi there, I'm interested in claiming back my PPI from
Chartered Trust plc but cannot seem to find a contact number for them, does anyone out there have a number that I can ring them on please, as I've lost my original loan paper work?

I think Chartered Trust was taken over by Black Horse

If it is in connection with DFS then it is DFS you make the complaint to as they sold you the PPI and not Charted trust.

Chartered Trust Plc has been taken over by Black Horse if it is to do with a mis - sold PPI then contact them on 0844 8007915 & select option 1
