Nationwide online banking confusion

I bank with Nationwide as well as 2 other banks. Each month i transfer £400 from Nationwide into one other account. Now, this month i transfered the money on 6 Feb. I've just updated my accounts only for some reason the transfer I made on 6th was debited and also another identical one on the 7th Feb but this one bounced. I am totally confused here, and the only thing i can think of is i am sleep walking?  No one else has access to any of my accounts or bank statements etc. and i know i did not set up the standing order for a future payment.

Can anyone explain this to me please?

Have you checked the Regular arrangements section of the Manage Arrangements tab under Payments and Transfers? That will show whether there is a standing order.

Did you set up the 6 February transfer near midnight? Did you have any problem with confirming the transfer which might have meant a double execution of your request?

Was the 7 February a transfer or a Direct Debit drawn in by the other account?

That's all I can think of at the moment.

The payment was sent just before midnight and the tab under payment's etc. was and is clear. I do have a print out of the transaction as i print them all out in case of a problem but i can't see how that is going to help me here. I think the lesson learnt is not to send a payment near to midnight.
