Amazon Contracts

Not sure if this has been covered elsewhere but I was wondering who I'm contracting with when I buy through Amazon but from one of their traders.
I don't mean through Marketplace but when the item is shown as "sold and dispatched through these sellers"
I pay my money to Amazon but receive all communication from the seller; when it comes to my consumer rights, who do I enforce them with?

The seller - I believe. (Is this not essentially the same as the marketplace?)0

It makes little difference if there is a problem Amazon will refund if the seller refuses to.'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'
