PPI Claimback after Settled IVA

was wondering if anyone can help I completed an IVA in 2009 successfully and with everything that is going on would I be able to claim back any PPI from debts subject to the IVA. I have tried to call the insolvency people who dealt with the IVA originally only to find that they are no longer trading and I need to get details of the IVA please help.....

Only if the bank wrote off an amount in the IVA could they use the redress towards that. If you repaid them in full then they cant keep anything.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). any idea where I can get hold of all the IVA details as have moved house and cant seem to find paperwork. Insolvency practictioner has ceased trading0
