Hi
Im posting on behalf of my husband in 2004/05 he took out a loan and was offered ppi however he said no due to the fact that he is in the forces and they get paid regardless of illness or accident, He has since got into arrears and out debt management company looked into if we had ppi with the loan and we did did have it, despite my husband saying no the ppi, what do you think the chances our of us having a sucessful claim? Im pretty sure he did it all over the phone
Thanks in advance
