Question about my IVA annual review

Hi, posted on her a few days ago but have another question if anyone can help please...

I have received my annual review in the post and in it they have attached a copy of the supervisors report and in it it states that there are currently 3 creditors claims outstanding and they are still waiting for those companies to prove their liabilities.

One of these companies I have quite a large some of debt with (without this company I would have not qualified for an IVA).

I am just wondering what will happen if these companies take much longer to confirm - will my IVA be extended in order to pay them or are my company holding back some of the money I pay to them each month in order to pay them?

I am just worried that if these debts haven’t been agreed yet when do they start getting paid?

I am 2 years into my IVA. If there is anyone who can answer my questions I would be really greatful.

I am going to call my IP but I really get nervous talking to them so would really like some tips on what to ask etc.

Do not worry it, your IP will deal with it and your IVA will not be extended because of this. When we finished Our IVA 3 claims were still outstanding and after chasing them up one company just did not claim so in the end the were excluded, they got nothing and their share was shared by other creditors.

Thank you so much for your reply. You have put my mind at rest. I was really worrying that it was gonig to be extended because of this.
