Ebay problem, what would you do?

    I would tell them that you want a full refund, they haven't fulfilled the contract. Ask them to collect the boxes they've already sent & buy elsewhere.

    only thing that's stopping me doing that is it will cost me £100 more to buy elsewhere.
    if i get 30% refund and the wardrobe turns up i will have got a bargain.
    it's a risk.
    think i'll suck it and see ;)

    It's only a bargain if you get the deal.
    The way it's gone so far doesn't look like you're getting your money's worth.

    I could do with so more advice from those in the know.

    I have agreed to a 30% discount and to wait for arrival of the 3rd box from Poland.
    As the order isn't complete and won't be for a month or more I need to keep the case open. Ebay only seems to give me the choice of closing the case if i'm happy with the seller's response or escalating it for a full refund.
    Unfortunately it's an ebay.com case so not so easy to ring for advice.
