Faulty radiator bought a while back

Just wondering if I any chance getting this fixed or replaced.
Bought an expensive oil filled radiator from B&Q november 2010, I know its a while ago but its only used when bitterly cold outside, due to the mild conditions this year it has been used less than 3 months in total.
I plugged it in end of last week(first time since last winter) when the main boiler was being fixed and it keeps blowing the breakers on the fuse box so must be faulty. Would I have any chance getting it fixed.
